Brise Maritime Rosé
Legend has it that Phoenician ships, carried on a steady sea breeze (“brise marine"), landed on the Mediterranean coast in the 6th century BC, bringing along the knowledge of winemaking. The Estandon winemakers have created this "Brise Marine" vin de pays to celebrate the legend.
Clear appearance. Light and easy in the mouth. Rich and gourmet blend of cinsault, grenache noir and syrah, revealing a delicate note of exotic red fruits and white florals. Bringing a fresh mineral attack with a lasting and warm palate, it's a to-go rosé for day-to-day dining occasions with friends and family. An ideal pairing with grilled meats and salads.
Côtes de Provence, France.
Estandon's history began in 1947 when Jean Bagnis created the Estandon wine brand. In 1973, the growers from the local wine cooperatives decided to pool their expertise and create a Union of Cooperatives, later joined by other wineries in the area. The Estandon Vignerons maintains long-term relationships with growers from 2,000 hectares of vineyards in Provence, to bring out the best of the Provence terroirs (AOC Côtes de Provence, Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, Aix-en-Provence).
